What Can Daboer Group Offer?

  1. An induction program when you join Daboer Group to learn and understand the ways Daboer Group works, including what contribution you are expected to make.
  2. To receive support as you develop the competence and capability for which you have been employed.
  3. To have the opportunity to develop new competencies and capabilities relevant to your employment with Daboer Group and which enhance your career prospects and lifelong learning both within and outside Daboer Group.
  4. To participate in the Daboer Group staff. development review process with your line manager, including identifying opportunities for ongoing support, an annual review of your previous development programs, and identification of plans for the future.
  5. To receive an exit interview when you leave Daboer Group so that your comments may be incorporated into the development programs of other members of staff.

What Daboer Group Expects From You

Daboer Group expects that you will:

  1. Develop your skills and capabilities, which are aligned with the Daboer Group strategy, at the appropriate level, e.g., team or individual.
  2. In partnership with your manager, participate in the staff development review process, including an annual review of your past development and identification of future plans.
  3. Take personal responsibility to update specific expertise on a regular basis, as appropriate to the nature of your job.
  4. Contribute to team staff development where appropriate.
  5. Keep a record of your staff development activities.
